Jude BarterJude completed her first degree in Drama and Comparative Literature at the University of Kent. She went on to work for a number of years in the financial sector before deciding to convert to a legal career. Having joined Gordons as a trainee in 1998, she qualified in November 2000 and was made an associate in 2003. She specialises in company, commercial and employment law, with particular expertise in venture capital, private equity, acquisitions and disposals, and all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law.
