Three lawyers from leading City practices formed Gordons in 1994. The firm’s aim was to provide high-quality and practical legal advice at an affordable rate, in an environment that was professional but also friendly and accessible.

More than ten years on, we have not lost sight of these founding principles and have now grown to be a nine-partner firm providing advice, both domestically and internationally, on transactions and disputes across the entire spectrum of the corporate and commercial fields.

Our clients, who range from individuals to the biggest of multinationals, appreciate both our openness and our pragmatic approach.

Our offices are in central London and Guildford.

Gordons is the trading name of Gordons Partnership LLP, registered in England & Wales (OC 307353). Our partners are the Members of the LLP, and our London office is its registered office.
