Hamish FergusonHamish studied law at the University of Kent at Canterbury and worked for six years in the commercial property department of City firm Richards Butler. In 1992, he left the City to head up the Property Law section of the in-house legal department at Thames Water. 1996 saw Hamish establish his own practice in Guildford, specialising in property and public utilities work. He joined the partnership at Gordons in 1998. His expertise is in commercial property and he is a managing partner of the practice, as well as heading up the Guildford office.
