James GordonA corporate and banking lawyer, James studied law at Oxford University before spending two years at one of the big four Japanese securities houses. In 1986, he joined Linklaters, for whom he worked in both New York and Tokyo. His expertise is in banking, securities, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and commercial tie-ups generally.
