Jude BarterJude completed her first degree in Drama and Comparative Literature at the University of Kent. She then spent a number of years working in the financial sector before converting to law. She joined Gordons as a trainee in 1998, qualified in 2000 and became a partner in 2007. She is based in our London office. Jude specialises in company, commercial and employment law. Her particular commercial expertise is in dealing with venture capital, private equity investment and acquisitions and disposals.
