“As the external company solicitor, Derek provided expert services of legal and counselling advice within the B2B and B2C market places. Derek always provided a balanced, structured and common sense approach to resolving disputes. Alongside advice, the agreed actions were completed swiftly and with quality. In essence, for the first time in my career, I have found a legal representative who understands my industry, my company philosophy, and is skilled in ensuring the ‘right solution’ is carried out. One phrase that can summarise Derek is ‘a trusted friend of your business, who is a resource you cannot function without!”
