Stephen completed his legal training with a Central London firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2013. Since qualification Stephen has worked exclusively in Dispute Resolution.
Stephen joined Gordons as a Partner in September 2025.
Stephen's primary area of practice is Private Wealth Disputes, specifically disputes surrounding inheritance and probate. Stephen can advise and assist on matters relating to:
- Claims arising from the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
- Disputed wills (for reasons such as fraud, undue influence, lack of capacity etc.)
- Disputes arising out of the administration of estates (such as those between executors or executors and beneficiaries)
- Disputes between parties acting under Lasting Powers of Attorney
In addition to the above, Stephen also has experience in dealing with disputes relating to property and landlord & tenant, trusts and defamation.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys spending time with his family (largely as a taxi service for his two children), watching sport and cooking.
